9 Questions to Ask When Evaluating Your Team



If you're evaluating an employee you need to consider the following:


(1) Is the employee getting consistent results? šŸ†: Motivated employees often produce consistent, high-quality work. They take pride in their output and it shows.


(2) Does the employee have a positive attitude? šŸ˜: They radiate positivity, which often infects the whole team. Even in tough situations, they have a knack for looking at the bright side.


(3) Does the employee have a passion for learning your domain, product, or customer? šŸ“š: They're always looking to learn new things, whether it's skills, tools, or new trends in the industry. The word ā€˜complacentā€™ just isn't in their vocabulary!


(4) Does your team member go the extra mile? šŸƒā€ā™‚ļø: They are always willing to go beyond their job description to get the work done, without expecting something extra in return.


(5) Is the employee disconnected with leadership? šŸ‘‘: Employees are feeling disconnected from leaders who seem out of touch with their realities. This disconnect can trigger a gradual, quiet withdrawal.


(6) Does your employee accept feedback? šŸ“¢: They actively seek feedback because they know it's a goldmine for growth.
