The Challenge
Nxt Level was tasked with finding a highly qualified and experienced Associate Practice Director for Redapt, a company specializing in modernizing applications and creating advanced analytics for their clients. The ideal candidate was someone who could drive customer engagement and lead the company's Data Analytics Practice, which was focused on advanced analytics, business intelligence, data science, and more.
We identified a candidate who was well-versed in both traditional data warehousing and modern unstructured BI technologies, including Power BI, Cortana Analytics, and Hadoop. This individual had a strong background in pre-sales and solution architecture, which was critical for the success of this role. The candidate had a passion for taking business objectives and converting them into data-driven solutions that would meet the needs of Redapt's clients.
The Associate Practice Director was able to quickly establish a rapport with clients, understanding their unique needs and requirements. They worked closely with the team of Solution Architects, mentoring and guiding them as they navigated the Post Sales Delivery process. The Associate Practice Director also played an instrumental role in managing the Pre-Sales Solution Architects, ensuring that all projects were delivered on time and within budget.
