The Challenge
B.E. Meyers’ core competencies include turnkey laser targeting and illumination systems, among many other devices. Because of this, they require a strong Electrical Engineering team to research, plan, design, and test a variety of custom electromechanical products. It’s crucial that these products can withstand rugged conditions due to their use in a variety of environments.
The person that will join the Electrical Engineering team at the Senior level will be responsible for supporting product development from concept to release and will need to have prior experience designing robust portable battery-powered devices with embedded microprocessors. On top of this, the person in this role was required to be familiar with designing to specific military standards and have a working knowledge of embedded serial communication protocols.
Nxt Level was challenged with sourcing people with Military/Government tech backgrounds and making sure they were on board with B.E. Meyers's mission. This role was filled in just under 1 month.
