Nxt Level Named one of the "Best Places to Work" by the NBJ
In a little over a year after moving to Nashville from Seattle and opening in CEO Shane Shown’s basement, Nxt Level Recruiting has been named one of the “Best Places to Work” by the Nashville Business Journal. Nxt Level is changing the head hunting game and creating a team that is re-shaping the landscape of recruiting.
Shown and COO Taylor Duncan have created a team that has become a well oiled machine of recruiters and marketers that find and research the best and brightest in technology and gaming, placing top candidates in positions of software engineering, data engineers, machine learning engineers, web developers, gameplay programmers, environmental artists, UX designers, DevOps engineers, VPs to CTOs and more at various levels of seniority. Taking a white glove approach of bringing top shelf candidates to clients working in software development, SaaS, public safety, e-commerce, shipping logistics, and gaming, the team is there for the entire process of preparation to final interviews.
“Shane and Taylor have created a family approach to work. If we fail, it’s ok. Learn fast from it, dust yourself off, and get back into a mindset of winning. The team is unique in a way that if a certain candidate isn’t quite right for one recruiter’s position, they will be recommended to the entire team to see if we can find a fit for them. It is rare to find a company that operates in this way.” stated Strategic Alliance Manager, Jaime Vaughn
When asked what it means to be acknowledged by the Nashville community Duncan stated "Subjectively, I absolutely love the team we work with. This award is the objective proof of how awesome they really are."
"Honestly, I'm just lucky to have a team that works hard and makes my life easy. I can go to Puerto Rico for two weeks and know that they're going to own their craft while I'm gone. We're building something special and growing fast." Shane Shown
The future is extremely bright for this new team and they are excited about the roots that they are growing in Middle Tennessee.
